My little girl by Tim Mcgraw - Nathalies Favourite Song

My favorite song.

Tim McGraw: My little girl.
The Music is country. Country is classic by Tim Mcgraw. There guitar, piano, violins, drums.

Tim Mcgraw is born 1 may 1967, he’s an American country singer. He is married to country singer Faith Hill and his father is the former baseball player Tug Mcgraw. He has won 3 Grammys, 14 Academy of Country Music awards, 11 Country Music Association (CMA) awards, 10 American Music Awards and 3 People’s Choice Awards. His birth name is Samuel Timothy McGraw.
The song is about a father who talks about his daughter. What he feels for her. He says to her that to him she will always be his little girl. He tells her that no man will be good enough for her. The song is about the father daughter bond. The meaning about the song is that the only man that will never hurt you is your father and that the bond between a father and his daughter can never be broken.

I like this song so much because it reminds me of me and my father. I know that to him no man will be good enough for me. The song makes me remember the times with my father when I was little, and I know it is hard for him to see his little girl grow up. The meaning of the song to me is that when I get the feeling of that I don’t want to grow up I listen to the song and I feel like it’s my father that sings it to me or he is feeling like the song. Many of the thinks in the song I can feel my father say or think. I listen to the song because it make me feel good and not wonder what my father thinks. I have always been his little girl and about a year I’m not a little girl anymore. First time I heard the song was before my father was going to get operated and it made me cry. Sometimes it can still make me cry.

Lyrics
Verse 1:
Gotta hold on easy as I let you go.
Gonna tell you how much I love you, though you think you already know.
I remember I thought you looked like an angel wrapped in pink so soft and warm.
You've had me wrapped around your finger since the day you were born.

Chorus:

You're beautiful baby from the outside in.
Chase your dreams but always know the road that'll lead you home again.
Go on, take on this whole world.
But to me you know you'll always be, my little girl.

Verse 2:

When you were in trouble that crooked little smile could melt my heart of stone.
Now look at you, I've turned around and you've almost grown.
Sometimes you're asleep I whisper "I Love You!" in the moonlight at your door.
As I walk away, I hear you say, "Daddy Love You More!".

Chorus:

You're beautiful baby from the outside in.
Chase your dreams but always know the road that'll lead you home again.
Go on, take on this whole world.
But to me you know you'll always be, my little girl.

Verse 3:

Someday, some boy will come and ask me for your hand.
But I won't say "yes" to him unless I know, he's the half
that makes you whole, he has a poet's soul, and the heart of a man's man.
I know he'll say that he's in love.
But between you and me. He won't be good enough!

Chorus:

You're beautiful baby from the outside in.
Chase your dreams but always know the road that'll lead you home again.
Go on, take on this whole world.
But to me you know you'll always be, my little girl.
